Town to Get a Facility Assessment

Feb 15 2023    The town  has approved the bid from TRC companies for a facility assessment.This usually includes:

site and grounds -pavement parking

structural- foundation

building- roof, interior, exterior

mechanical systems- water, electrical, plumbing

regulatory compliance- ADA

     This will give the town a baseline for  determining the viability of expansion or renovating the  town hall area. The money for this project was approved at town meeting.
